King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, electric fireplace, pullout sofa bed, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway/incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
