The openplan living space inside the cottage is enchanting with the round windows , glass bottle wall ,cob sofas and bespoke oak kitchen and a comfortable double bed .Central heating .

Welcome to our newly refurbished large self contained studio apartment. It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange. In our back garden you might meet our two dogs, alpacas, pony, and our chickens.

The West Wing is a cosy apartment that sleeps max 3. One double bed and 1 small single in a shared room. Situated directly on the Royal Canal greenway, it is the perfect location for keen walkers or cyclists who want a quiet place to stay. There is a pub across from the house, just a short walk home! The Hill of Down is a handy spot for touring the Boyne Valley and is 20 minutes from Trim, famous for its beautiful castle. It is also 20 minutes from Mullingar in County Westmeath.

With an average of 28m² of space, our luxurious Locke Studios have it all (and more). There’s room to relax, with a 150cm x 200cm UK king-size bed and one-of-a-kind, handmade sofa. This was originally the main kitchen of the house hence the name !! This self catering apartment is warm, quiet and cosy, where guests have exclusive use of the open plan kitchen/dinning room to themselves, with their own bathroom complete with electric shower,while the two bedrooms consists of two double beds. Guests can enjoy the mature gardens,fruits of the orchard, (BBQ available) and free range eggs.Tea coffee, continental breakfast is provided at no extra cost.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
