We have stayed at quite a few places but this by far is our favorite! We will be staying here anytime we come to town and it's available. It's beautiful, the decor is amazing and the patio outside is so peaceful! The tenant who shares the house is the sweetest and was very accommodating to our needs! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return ❤️

It really is an oasis in the West End! Very well maintained and clean with a super comfortable bed and a sofa that doesn't want you to get up! 🙂 Very friendly hosts and by car you can reach all tourist attractions and the airport in 20 minutes. Absolutely satisfied and recommended!

Loved this stay! The alley is a bit difficult to find but the instructions were clear so it wasn’t a problem. Great location and very clean and spacious.

Melissa is amazing !! We unfortunately had a house fire , repairs were going to take longer than the four weeks initially promised by insurance. Melissa was able to move some schedules and make it so we could keep my elderly mother in the same place until her home was repaired. This saved a ton of hassle and confusion for my mom . Melissa is the best! If you need a place in Newnan , I 100% recommend her . The house is beautifully furnished and really close to down town . Perfect little home . ❤️

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Reo was a very responsive and kind host. The home is very private and has an incredible amount of space. Unfortunately, our route down took longer than anticipated due to a flat tire so we couldn't take proper advantage of the fire pit and things, but sitting on the back porch in the morning was really lovely. So many bathrooms! And the man cave downstairs was huge. The only downside was the cleaner that was used throughout the house had a very strong, sharp smell and left an oily and slightly slippery residue on the floor and surfaces. Not an issue for everyone, but myself and one of my friends were a little allergic. Also, there seemed to have been a dog in residence on a previous visit and my friend experienced some allergies due to that. But again, nothing too bad. It is only 13 minutes away from a little shopping center with restaurants and things. The whole thing was very convenient and I would recommend the stay!

Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this cozy cottage. Our family of four, plus one dog, felt at home. The location was close to the wedding venue and major roads, but still felt private. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

In town for work, stayed for a month. Relaxing and Beautiful surroundings. Chitan's was very responsive.

This was our second stay at Cass De Costello, and as before, everything was wonderful. The space is clean, inviting, comfortable and spacious., and the area is lovely with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and great walkability. We plan to make this our stop anytime we’re in the area.

This place was great! Easy, convenient, great value, and cozy! Neat selection of books and movies too - wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay at The Barn Loft was great. Our 5 year old daughter was captivated by all of the animals, therefore we had many hours of entertainment built right in. We enjoyed seeing and petting the different animals and walking on the trail. As she clearly describes, the dogs are very large and felt a bit intimidating with a small child, but ultimately the dogs were friendly and doing their job to protect the farm animals. The bed was comfortable and the space was nice and clean. It was not just a place to stay, but a fun experience and that's what we were looking for. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area visiting family.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This place is right down the street from downtown Newnan. Lots of restaurants just minutes away. The place was clean and tidy and bigger than I expected! The bed was comfortable and big! The shower had great water pressure. Little to no noise from the neighbors This place had everything I needed for my stay. I hope to stay again when I come back to visit!

If you are considering this place - just book it now :) The house is great -- very clean and they provide more amenities than any other AirBnB we have used. The winery cafe at the bottom of the hill was so cute and we spent an afternoon having some wine, charcuterie and sandwiches which were all excellent. We didn't get the opportunity to use the fire pit area, but it looked nice. Personally, i would have loved one king size bed, but it isn't a deal breaker, just something to make it absolutely perfect for us. The check out process was fairly simple and didn't require too much before we left - less than most we have stayed at. Location was great for us -- on a quiet street but close to downtown Dallas as well. We have family in the area, and will likely stay again if the guest house is available. I have also recommended the Three Strands cafe to the family in the area.

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was amazing! The cottage is pristine and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The welcome presents of homemade sourdough, fresh farm eggs, and a welcome note was so thoughtful. The bed and the couch were very comfortable, and the outside sitting areas were as well. We used the grill and the kitchen to make an extravagant 40th birthday dinner and had everything we needed. I had a new telescope for the birthday boy and they went above and beyond to help me surprise him with a night under the stars. We also got to use the fire pit and it was so relaxing to just sit by the fire and slow down for a little while. There was a supply of firewood, but we had also brought our own...just in case. I also scheduled a Walmart pickup on our way to the cottage, which was very convenient and only about 15 minutes from the cottage. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at the cottage and sharing your farm with us! We had a blast and the place is beautiful!
