Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

In the kitchen, we have a large fridge for guests. The entire house has a super-fast 450M for wifi and a wired connection is available with speed up to 1Gb (both upload/download). Smart home devices available for guests to control. There is a large variety of restaurants, stores, and supermarkets nearby.
