Nice studio located 90 meters from a calanque with sea access on foot. It is totally independent with its garden and terrace. Guests have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Parking space attached to the studio. The accommodation is located in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200m and 1km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix en Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.

Sleeps 4 with 2 Reverso sofa beds + BZ futon. Children welcome, smokers accepted, pets allowed. Cell phone reception is poor.
