Beautiful house with an absolutely beautiful view. Looks even better than the pictures. They have a great yard with a firepit and BBQ and awesome covered patio. A stream runs in the back of the property, my kids loved it. It is a little boy's dream. Great house for young kids, there is not a bunch of breakable stuff to stress about. I was able to let my infant crawl around the spacious house with no worries. They also had a crib! It is close to the very fun Albota fish farm and the the mountain road. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Evgheni's for two months for a university project and had a great time. Ideal home for long rentals, it has everything you could wish for. All appliances in working order, all possible dishes. Evgheni is a perfect, responsive host and helped us when we needed it. Perfect location: 30 minutes from shopping centers, 20 minutes from the center and well-stocked 24-hour grocery store open near the house. A wonderful rental
