Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Thank you Carla The property was very clean and well-maintained. Parking was conveniently available just a 3-minute walk. The outdoor common pool was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this apartment! The only downside was that our unit was on the second floor and didn’t have a terrace — something to keep in mind when booking. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

This is an amazing little find in the heart of Carvoerio, true to the description, photos and reviews, it is extremely clean, great shower, comfortable beds, close to the beach, restaurants etc! We loved breakfast and an evening drink on the roof terrace! Sofia was a great host, nothing was too much trouble, even dropped of a flower and card for my birthday while we were there! We would definitely recommend and will definitely return ❤️

The property was exactly as advertised and was everything we had hoped for. It was clean and the scenery was beautiful. The terrace was such a highlight and made the property one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The nearby beach is one of the best in the area and we enjoyed the easy 30min walk into the town centre every day. Maarten and Elke were incredibly responsive and super helpful! I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

This apartment completely exceeded our expectations. It was much more spacious than anticipated, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was brilliant— Carvoeiro is a charming and picturesque town with a great atmosphere. We loved being close to excellent bakeries, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. One of the standout features was the terrace, which was a fantastic bonus and the perfect spot to unwind at any time of day. A couple of things to note: while the parking is convenient, the space is quite tight, so if you're hiring a car, opt for a smaller one. Also, there is no iron provided, so pack accordingly. Thank you for such a great stay and we will be returning for definite :)

We loved our stay in Casa Olivia. Central,brilliant view from appartment and lovely balcony. So close to come home to after a day on the beach. In the centre so brilliant and lovely walks if wanted something more quieter as well. Emma was so helpful and always on hand if needed any help.Would definitely recommend a stay here 😍

Casa Aurora was a perfect place for our family of 4 (two teens) to relax after a busy sightseeing week in Paris! We felt right at home with games and a record player. It was very comfortable and one of the best stocked places we’ve stayed. We loved being able to walk to the beach, through the little town, and to restaurants. We appreciated Dawn’s recommendations! Communication was great and instructions on how to check/in and park were great and included photos! Our only regret is not booking more days!
