Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

The vacation rental is located with 2 other apartments in a house on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. There is another vacation home on the property. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer plenty of space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
