The penthouse itself is even more stunning than the photos! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless—with two large terraces offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills. Watching the sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine was pure magic. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy the peaceful countryside. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—full kitchen, comfy beds, air conditioning. in one room, and easy, free parking. And the location made it effortless to explore nearby gems. The property is located on the immediate outskirts of Perugia, a few kilometers from the most beautiful villages in Umbria. Clean and thoughtful, it offers a breathtaking view and great tranquility. Erminia is an exceptional person, a lover of nature and the environment. She advised us on what to visit and where to go to eat. She pampered us by making us find local salami and growing, and everything for breakfast. I highly recommend it
