appartement très propre et calme durant notre passage . je recommande fortement très central avec arrêt de bus 👍. si j'avais une chose à reprocher serais la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble à faire graisser car elle grince à chaque ouverture.

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Le logement est moderne propre et agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les Pouilles c’est un excellent point de départ. La communication avec l’hôte était parfaite et facile. L’accès au logement est facile. J’aime le fait d’avoir une boxe avec la clé ce qui facilite les arrivées et les départs. Tout était parfait. Merci!

Such a beautiful stay. When the sun was shining we had access to a private beach, kayaks & paddle boards. The apartment is clean, modern & beautifully decorated. We had such a relaxing time here. Francesco & his team were so helpful & warm. Look forward to going back!

Logement très propre, très calme, mais il faut noter que nous n'avions pas de voisins au dessus. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin est très agréable.

Le logement d’Andrea est au troisième étage sur le top de l’immeuble, il est très spacieux pour deux personnes , vous avez une machine à laver le linge sur la terrasse très pratique avec le nécessaire pour le repassage. En bas à 50 m vous avez un supermarché pour faire les courses , un café pâtisserie ( excellent) et il est très facile de trouver une place pour ce garer aux alentours. Je recommande ce logement, vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci Andrea , tt est parfait!

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits dans cet appartement. La terrasse est incroyable ainsi que la vue mer !!!! Bien situé, supermarché à 8min en voiture, le petit centre ville est accessible à pied. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, néanmoins il est très mal insonorisé, nous avons entendu très distinctement les voisins d’à côté et au dessus. Il y a également une boîte de nuit à ciel ouvert à 400m, cela a été très bruyant mais sur 1 nuit seulement, mais il s’agissait de la fête nationale !! Les bouchons d’oreille ont réglé le problème !

Logement agréable en rez-de-chaussée, à 12 minutes à pied du centre. La terrasse et le parking sont un vrai plus. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré, et Michele est très accueillant et serviable. Quelques petits ajustements d’entretien et d’équipement rendraient le tout parfait, mais nous avons globalement été très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

wij hadden een schitterend verblijf in Monteroni. De accomodatie is zeer ruim, wat een verrassing bij het binnenkomen. De ruimte was voorzien van alle comfort en voor ons in het bijzonder voorzien van kinderspullen (bedje, badje, eetstoel, spelletjes, servies,...). De locatie maakt het zeer gemakkelijk om de regio te verkennen en we hadden elke dag parkeerplaats voor de deur. Monteroni zelf is typisch Italiaans dorpje, weinig te bezichtigen maar voorzien van een prima supermarkt en barretjes. De slaapruimtes waren ruim. Eentje boven de zithoek, niet altijd even stil (straatlawaai). En eentje achteraan, heel stil en ruim. Tot slot was de communicatie met Giovanni perfect. Snel en voorzien van tips om de buurt te verkennen. Heel leuk om met hem te babbelen de laatste dag!! Zeker de moeite waard om dit verblijf te boeken om Lecce en omgeving te ontdekken!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the town of Carovigno is gorgeous. Rosa Maria was really easy to communicate with and very kindly let us check in early. A great stay!

L'appartement est spacieux, et propre. L'endroit facile d'accès. On a eu la possibilité de se garer devant dans la rue tous les jours. Juste une petite remarque, l'escalier pour accéder à la chambre à l'étage est étroit et pentu. Donc pas accessible à tout le monde.

Fantastisch verblijf in leuk deel van Lecce op loopafstand van de binnenstad. Ook perfect als uitvalsbasis voor de Salento. Ga zeker even koffie drinken bij een van de authentieke tentjes in de straat en vergeet geen Pizza te eten bij Rosetta’s. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Un fine settimana di assoluto relax in occasione di una bella manifestazione piena di fiori a Leverano. Un appartamento delizioso, pulitissimo e provvisto di tutto, ci aspettava a pochi passi dal centro storico. Il giardino esterno poi … una meravigliosa sorpresa e fare colazione lì , tra le piante e nel silenzio assoluto, e’ stato piacevolissimo. Antonella , anche a distanza, è stata una presenza discreta , gentile e cordialissima. Troppo breve per apprezzare a pieno tutta la meraviglia di questi luoghi. Grazie A presto

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Siamo stati ospiti da Maria Teresa ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio l’appartamento un vero “gioiellino”e l’accoglienza ottima , l’host sempre premurosa nei nostri confronti dandoci ottimi consigli della zona . Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e lei ci ha aiutato a risolverlo . Peccato solo che il tempo è stato un po’ brutto . Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri un grazie di cuore e un abbraccio

L’appartement de Roberta est idéalement situé à 10mn à pied du centre historique de Lecce. Grand, bien aménagé, bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse l’appartement est paisible de jour comme de nuit. Accès avec ascenseur au 6e étage c’est idéal. Le quartier est idéal pour garer sa voiture, faire des courses au supermarché Conad a 200m, et une boulangerie à 100m. Lecce est une très belle ville et un point de chute idéal pour découvrir le Salento. Je recommande l’appartement et Roberta pour son accueil et ses bons conseils.

Fantastisch verblijf. Hartelijk ontvangen met uitgebreide tips wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Appartement was zeer netjes en goed voorzien van spullen om zelf een maaltijd te maken. Zwembad erg schoon en een heel mooi uitzicht over het gebied. Ontbijt was erg goed; enorme variatie aan hartige en zoete etenswaren. Verblijf sterk aanbevolen.
