The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A cozy vacation home, strategically located, just 5 km from the sea and 30 minutes by car from the mountains, with a large private garden equipped for moments of relaxation, breakfasts or dinners at sunset, a convenient reserved and free parking space with a wallbox for electric cars, and a ping pong table. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
