It is on the ground floor (although there are 9 steps to access the building), and shares a garden and pool with the other two apartments, Adalberti and Caeruleus. It has a large living room-kitchen with all the amenities, 50-inch Smart TV, sofa bed with two seats, electric fireplace... In addition, it has a beautiful room that includes a comfortable "King Size" bed and is connected to a spectacular terrace that connects the two rooms, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a large independent space and exclusive use with views of the pool, the stream of the houses and great views of the village. Lovely views from the caravan and surrounding areas that reach as far as the historic village of Monsanto. Sunloungers and seating areas allow you to enjoy this view more comfortably. Please be aware that we are off-grid, so this may impact the use of electricity at night but very rarely in the summer.
