The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. The apartment is nice and cosy, very spacious and confortable for couples, a family or a group of friends. Five minutes away there are several points of interest such as: Boca do Inferno, Casa Paula Rego, Cascais Marina, Cascais bay. The apartment is very close to the sea as well as to the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the bus and train station to Lisbon and other main places such as Sintra, Estoril, Guincho, etc.

I care a lot about cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and making sure nothing is missing in the kitchen. The apartment is air-conditioned for both winter and summer. I have been renting it since 2012 and have made many improvements since the photos were taken — all for the better. It also has two workspaces integrated into the décor.
