This location allows a classic country accommodation situation on the one hand, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the center of the road that connects two countries a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view to the surrounding landscape.

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

Stefania is very kind and helpful. Spacious, comfortable, tidy, very clean, soberly furnished, although in 70s style. On the walls, beautiful family photos create a truly welcoming atmosphere. The house is in a strategic position: a very quiet area above Porto Sant'Elpidio, a few minutes' drive from the beaches and clubs. There were three of us, for a fishing competition in the area that lasted for about four days: we had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything, Stefania!!!

We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not made any easier by our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. In Civitanova Alta, you can also walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. The people are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was simply great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/deck chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Such a great place to stay, easy walking distance and close to shops , eateries , post office. The accommodation was like a home away from home and one night turned into three we loved it that much . Washer / Dryer was a bonus ! The host is lovely and super helpful, replies quickly to messages . Thanks for a memorable stay in your lovely cosy space xx
