The Palace

Palazzo Rospigliosi was built in 1550 by Ludovico Appiano, Lord of Piombino. Destroyed in September 1944 by Allied bombing, it was then rebuilt after the war, only a turret and the entrance vault were saved. We tried to give the old Palazzo a soul again, keeping what was left of the post-war renovation, including the furniture that makes the apartment special and relaxing, letting you dive back into the past.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
