The place is excellent, from 1 to 10, we would give it a 20. It is as described, I would like that everything is totally new. We tested the heating and air conditioning and they work perfectly, we are a family of four adults and we found it very comfortable. In our opinion, there is nothing to criticize. It's like being in our own house. I congratulate you on this dream place.

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!
