Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Located near a charming little village very sunny, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountain and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night the farm welcomes you. The lac de vinça is very close. We signal that the access is an unpaved path (800m) with a ford to cross ( the ford is currently dry). A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
