Kitchen & bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room adjacent to the house (literally one step away) 2 bedrooms on the first floor. The second bedroom is a walk-through room, connected to the first bedroom via a staircase. The third bedroom opens onto a landing leading to a toilet and a large bathroom. A staircase leads up to the kitchen.
