Very well located, comfortable Airbnb, all within walking distance from car park (for those renting cars) and from all the restaurants and sites within town. The real highlight though was the balcony which was genuinely amazing with wonderful views of the city. Chiara was very helpful and everything worked smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Beautiful private and secluded apartment in the middle of Florence but just enough of the beaten track to feel away from it all. Apartment is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. Kitchen which we used minimally was well set up. Terrace is stunning with fantastic Panoramic views of the city. Easy to walk to all the sights and good local spots for casual dining. We throughly enjoyed take out on the terrace one evening. Truly a hidden gem and check in and check out were super easy and there is a taxi stand just round the corner for easy transportation back to the station etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and thanks for sharing the apartment

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

La Capella was beautiful! Titti was there to welcome us and made sure we had everything we needed. This stay is in between the beautiful Tuscany country and the city of Florence. Perfect to get both experiences! We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

The house is in the center of a lively village and at the same time there is a wonderful terrace at the back with beautiful views over the Tuscan landscape. A great combination. The house is very comfortable, spacious, cool and quiet. Really a very nice place to stay! Carolina was very good at communication, everything perfectly arranged. Thank you!

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. What a perfect apartment located steps away from the Duomo! It is so close to everything, but tucked away on a charming street so it is nice and quiet and the perfect respite after a day of walking around. Spacious, chic and spotlessly clean - our family of four felt super comfortable and absolutely loved our stay! The elevator made getting our luggage into the apartment seamless. And Giulio was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made check-in super easy, even including a generous welcome gift. We will absolutely return to this excellent apartment on our future visits!

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.
