Beautiful apartment!! Very comfortable and clean

I stayed 35 days, a highly recommended apartment for long stays, good location, safe and quiet and well connected to tourist centers. Wifi works great Gianfranco was very kind and decisive in everything that was asked of him. I'll definitely buy it again.

The apartment was very clean and ready to welcome guests. The bed was very comfortable and had all the utensils to cook me something. I stay at Mercedes street apartment. The area is not very nice and during the night it can be a bit inconvenient, but I was close to where I was going so it served me quite a bit. The only downside was the shower that was broken and it was a bit awkward to shower, but it was a slight, unimportant inconvenience that did not affect the stay. It's a great place to stay for a few days. Collective lines nearby and varied businesses in the area.

I chose the location because I needed to study at FAUBA, which was a 5-minute walk away. Also, that day I needed to enter the apartment earlier and they gave me the possibility. ) The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. The apartment is just like the pictures, everything is very clean, comfortable, it has a stove and microwave, electric kettle and everything you need to eat in the place. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. As a comment to improve, there is a window that opens directly to the bathroom, a curtain could be placed to make the stay unbeatable.

Aníbal was extremely kind, the apartment was very well decorated and spacious, quiet because it was in the back, friends of mine rented apartments in the front and complained about noises but ours was very quiet. The location was great. Would recommend.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and 9 de Julio Avenue. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff are respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, and TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd come back.
