Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

This beautiful 600 sq ft ocean view guest home is one min walk from Caspar trail 15 min walk to Lighthouse & Private Beach. Ocean views from King bed. Gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, small kitchenette, mini refrigerator, gas grill, electric cooktop, microwave, Keurig & French press coffee. Ocean view from Jacuzzi. Additional $25 for EV - $25 a day per pet up to 2 pets. We have list for wine, flowers for your special occasion. No Stove.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
