Loft area has 2 twin beds…not navigable by very young kiddos or some adults (access is with a ladder)

This was a convenient location for our visit to Knoebel's Amusement Park, as all other closer places were filled or beyond our budget. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks and not too much more to do - but that was fine given our short stay and purpose for being in that area. The rooms were neat, clean and tidy, and kitchen appliances and provided plates and cooking utensils were up to par. The bed was medium firm foam and provided sufficient support..we slept fine. The only negative was that the bedroom shade was not the room darkening kind and as the window faces east it got bright real early. Other than that minor inconvenience I would stay there again...thanks, Joe!

We travelled to Pottsville for an extended family's funeral. My brother in law is from the area and sent us some options. We chose the cottage b/c we loved the look of it and it seemed like the perfect size for my husband and I. The photos online were exactly what we found upon arrival. We loved every inch of the place. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Check in was simple - we were told we could get in sooner if we arrived early. Earl and Dave emailed us with all necessary info and responded very quickly if we messaged them. They left us so many snacks and drinks. The shower was also wonderful - great water pressure (so important to me :) ) It was rainy while we were there and the fireplace was cozy. There was a Dollar General less than 2 miles away for supplies. Everyone we met knew of Dave and Earl and had nothing but praise for them, and the Cottage. Clearly they are well respected in the community and the location is highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay! My wife and I booked this pretty last minute to break up a trip from NY to VA. We brought along our dog and cat. We absolutely loved the house and the decor. The fully fenced back yard and deck were a big plus for the dog! If we ever find our way back to this neck of the woods, we will 100% be booking with Donald again.

Secluded, private, peaceful cabin. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this place is amazing. Arlene was an EXCELLENT host, was highly communicative, escorted us right to the cabin, but perhaps most importantly, when the cabin we were going to stay in had a plumbing issue, Arlene identified it well before our arrival, communicated it, and provided us with an alternative accommodation. She made it so easy and pleasant.

Wanda goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Clearly she is a great host who loves what she does. The house is MAGNIFICENT! Beautiful, clean, decor and vibe is over all exactly what is portrayed! We will be booking in the future, and I would recommend this stay for any couple or small family!
