Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book - quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. We would like to especially highlight the hosts: They were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable at all times. Thanks to their support and hospitality, our vacation was even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this place!

Such a lovely time at the place! It is really very idyllic, has everything you need and is beautiful with the pool! For us, it was also the perfect starting point for many very nice road bike tours! I'm sure we'll be back :)

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

We stayed at Italo's place for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, beautiful garden, and a magnificent pool. Italo and Simona are very nice and gave us many tips for the area. Loved it!

Well, what can I say. If your friend was running an airbnb in Italy you couldn't be more sure of having the perfect trip than if you book with Paola! She looked after us so well, we really couldn't have asked for more. Some people you meet in life deserve six stars but sadly we can't give that on this site so she'll have to make do with five. The accommodation is rustic Italian and the location is beautiful. The rest you'll have to find out for yourself but suffice to say, you don't have a rating like she does for no reason! Nothing was too much trouble, and she welcomed our children with open arms. Thank you Paola, hopefully we'll see you again!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

We were able to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple, but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Bakers, mini-market, butchers, various small restaurants, a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to go shopping right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

We stayed in this house for a week, along with our 3 and 10-year-old children. The location is special and from the outdoor terrace we were able to admire the beautiful sea of Elba during all meals. The sunset moment is absolutely priceless! The house is very nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and has all the comforts and accessories, both as linens and kitchen utensils. The outdoor hot shower is also very welcome. Mrs. Lucia and her husband were super welcoming and very kind! When we arrived, after a long trip, they not only made us find an impeccable house, but also water in the fridge and a tray of fresh fruit. The nearby Nisporto beach can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, offers various amenities including bars and restaurants, and is never crowded. Perfect for families with children. Beautiful experience, thank you for everything!
