Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

On the Chianti hills, portion of an old stone farmhouse from the 1800s, located in S. Filippo, a small hamlet of Barberino Tavarnelle, halfway between Florence and Siena, a 30-minute drive from Florence airport, 1 hour from Pisa airport. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen and dining room. Magnificent view of the hills from every window! Beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool area, unheated and open from April to October.

My home is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, in the heart of Chianti. All around, beautiful views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The garden is a special space, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.

"Il Frassino" Country House

Il Fassino, is a pretty little house built in 2024, consists of a large room organized in air-conditioned living and sleeping areas, bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned solar greenhouse and a porch. Typical Tuscan garden with large shaded areas; a hedge separates it from the Accattapane road. Relaxation space available for any activity and car parking. In front of the Frassino there is another little house, Il Corbezzolo, belonging to the farm.

The Crooked Wooden House

Cozy rustic apartment, within walking distance of the historic center of Suvereto. Located on the second floor of an old farmhouse with over a century of history, it enjoys a large terrace overlooking the garden. The building overlooks the "Parco degli Ulivi" , a green space used in the summer , for village parties.
