Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Castel di Sangro

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Alloggio su tre piani in una zona molto tranquilla, Luigi e Antonia sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Noi siamo andati per un addio al celibato di tre giorni e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Consigliato!

La casa è una vera chicca: esattamente come mostrata nelle foto. Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ma soprattutto, regna il silenzio: una pace totale. Giovanni, il proprietario, è fantastico: sempre attento alle nostre esigenze, disponibile e una persona davvero piacevole con cui conversare. Se alla casa diamo 5 stelle, il giardino merita decisamente un 10 stelle…semplicemente stupendo. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e vuole godersi la tranquillità della casa e del suo splendido giardino. Consigliatissimo!

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Hele authentieke kleine woning in een mooi klein dorpje. Het dorpje heeft maar een paar inwoners in het oude deel, en het echte historische centrum wordt momenteel gerestaureerd. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje op de bergen is werkelijk prachtig. En dan die stilte! Loredane en haar man wachtten ons op bij aankomst om ons de plek te wijzen, dit is niet zo eenvoudig zonder aanwijzigingen. Ze zijn beiden heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij en spreken helaas geen engels, maar de communicatie via AirBnB gaat heel makkelijk. De omgeving is geweldig, zowel om rond te rijden als om mooie wandelingen te maken. Ook de Campo Imperatore is makkelijk te bereiken en een absolute must! Het huisje is zeer compleet en er ontbreekt nagenoeg niets. Het enige wat wij misten was een comfortabele fauteuil of bank. Tip: in het dorp is niets te krijgen dus doe je boodschappen voordat je omhoog rijdt! Het verblijf was voor ons een onvergetelijke ervaring!

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Arpino bij Wednesday! Het huisje is zo gezellig en smaakvol ingericht, het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar. Wij kwamen hier helemaal tot rust en hebben ten volle genoten! Ook Arpino zelf is een leuk charmant dorpje en iedereen is er vriendelijk. Wednesday had goede tips voor de omgeving! We raden het ten zeerste aan! :-)

La struttura è nella zona centrale di Villetta barrea. I mini appartamenti sono molto carini e tipici....materassi comodi, bagno ampio e pulito. Manuela è stata molto gentile e professionale.

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

Una villa bellissima in un’oasi di pace Consigliatissimo per i viaggi in famiglia, ha tutte le comodità anche per i più piccoli Elisabeth e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e cordiali nell’accoglierci e nel darci preziosi consigli. Stanze grandi e pulitissime. Assolutamente consigliato

- ottima struttura, dotata di tutti i servizi; il fatto che ogni stanza abbia il bagno en-suite è un plus notevole. - giardino grande disponibile con piscina ( nel mio caso, ad aprile, la piscina non era ancora disponibile) - posizione strategica per visitare parco nella majella e dintorni - staff gentile, disponibile, pro attivo e paziente. Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Appartamento curato, nuovo e pulito, pieno di quadri e colori, dotato da una splendida vista mozzafiato. Se volete scappare da una realtà frenetica e rumorosa di una città - questa è una perfetta esperienza da vivere. Matteo è un’ottimo host, super disponibile e flessibile. Ci ha fornito varie informazioni utili riguardo la casa, zona e dintorni, attività da fare e locali per mangiare. Consiglio ☺️

Daniela and Andrea were amazing host. They are both extremely kind and made you feel welcomed. Their apartment is so cute and cozy, made me feel at home. The place was spotless and the bed was comfortable. They also had thoughtful touches, like wine (we are not drinkers, but appreciated the gesture) eggs, milk, pasta and home made tomato sauce and so much more. 🥰We had a concern and they were really responsive and accommodating. We honestly did want to leave, that’s how at home we felt. The people in Sulmona are attentive and caring and never felt out of place. If you’re looking to stay at an incredible place, please do not pass on this one. 5 Stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

Abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un grande punto a favore è la posizione: centralissima, ma con la possibilità di trovare parcheggio facilmente, cosa rara in città! Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'attenzione ai dettagli: c'erano carta igienica, shampoo, sale, pepe, olio, detersivo per i piatti, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, zucchero, oltre a un'ampia scelta di stoviglie, bicchieri, piatti e padelle. Tutto era pensato per farci sentire a casa. +++ per l’’astuccio pronto soccorso! Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento!

The flat is beautiful and so full of character. A great base to explore the Maiella mountain. Fabio was very helpful and gave impeccably helpful instructions. A top for future travellers coming out of season: the house keeps very cool so do bring a jumper and some warm socks! But definitely a place to recommend.
