The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Via a winding road up the hill you reach our paradise, bordering the Cesane nature reserve. We, the owners, live next to the apartment. Work is still underway on two B&B rooms, the work will be completed by March at the latest. Relax in the Jacuzzi, dream away at night under the beautiful starry sky!

Following the recent activation of the limited traffic zone (ZTL), our garage cannot be reached during closing hours. A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

Just minutes from Assisi, between Rasiglia, Spello, and the Menotre Waterfalls, the tourist rental welcomes you.
