The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Independent rustic house 800 meters from the sea with a large garden in a residential area. Parking spaces included. The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.
