Annex in an old farmhouse overlooking the hills of Monferrato and the Alps. Independent entrance both on foot and by car. Large fenced garden (about 1200 sqm), swimming pool (unsupervised 12x7 meters, depth from 90 cm to 220 cm) with trampoline and convenient masonry ladder to enter and exit.
