It can be easily reached from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto car park and railway station by taking the waterbus line 2 and getting off at the San Marco San Zaccaria stop.

San Lorenzo Canal View

Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

We are two sisters, Claudia and Chiara, born and raised in the most authentic part of Venice. We belong to the sixth generation of Venetians in our family. Together with mom Marisa and dad Carlo, we open the doors of our apartment located in the heart of the Sestiere di Castello, a stone's throw from the Biennale, a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and two vaporetto stops from the beach of the Lido di Venezia.

Beautiful and bright apartment of 80 square meters just renovated (July 2018) located in the San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale area easily accessible both from the station and from the airport (the Arsenale del vaporetto stop is a few meters without bridges, where the Alilaguna motorboat from the airport also stops). It is also a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
