The flat includes: - a kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electrical oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and fridge; - a living room with TV and bed sofa; - two double bedrooms; - a bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine. This accomodation offers a free fast Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, dishcloths. The kitchen is fully equipped and each bedroom has a TV, a wardrobe, air conditioning and heating. In the first bedroom there’s a king-size bed and in the second there’s a king-size bed with a single bed. It will a pleasure to meet you and I will try my best to make your stay the more pleasant. In this area there are many restaurants, bar, shops and supermarket. The flat is close to the only big green public area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena Park). The flat is easy to be reach from - Marco Polo and Treviso Airport - train station - Piazzale Roma. From Venice Airport: you can take Alilaguna water bus to Arsenale or Biennale ferry stop. From Piazzale Roma: you can take the ferryboat numbers 6 or 5.1 – stop at the Giardini/Biennale. If you need I can book a private water taxi from Venice airport, Piazzale Roma or train station. I will ask you your passport or valid identity card for the registration. The flat is in a lovely area of the city center of Venice named san Polo. It is located besides Rialto bridge (50 meters), just 2 min afoot from the water-bus stop. This apartment (free from high water) is in a new palace with a fine terrace and it is the only apartment in the building. At the entrance, there's a small hallway leading to the windowed restroom with shower while on the right you'll find a marble stairway leading to the open-space attic. Here there's a comfortable kingside beds and a sofa (in case of necessity can act as a big sofa bed), a small closet, a desk, a dining table and a well-furnished kitchen with cooking facilities with induction hobs. . We supply all the basic necessities(soap, detergent, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, coffee, sugar, bisquits, oil, salt,..), linens services and towels are provided.
