Large 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor located 5 min walk from the city, 3ha enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room, bright living room, garden furniture, plancha, swimming pool, baby equipment available (bed, bathtub, chair...). Beautiful apartment at the foot of the city. It is a 3-minute walk to the main entrance of the medieval city of CARCASSONNE (UNESCO World Heritage Site), a 10-minute walk to the city center and train station. 1-minute walk to the best view of the July 14 fireworks. You will find a bakery and a grocery store on site. For swimming, the Cavayère complex 2 km away is a large relaxation pool with pedal boats, children's games and food 2nd floor
