A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

An ideal location for exploring the area, the independent and private double bedroom is set in a rural garden of olive trees, mandarins, almonds, grapes, and figs, surrounded by nature with mountain views of the Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in Portugal. Located in the Xisto Village, Talasnal, this house combines the rustic with a modern twist, providing a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. With three terraces and a mini swimming pool, it offers breathtaking views of the mountain and the village. Distributed over three floors, it has an equipped kitchenette, electric salamander and firewood, bathroom and two connecting bedrooms with double bed. The excellent sun exposure and space charm make it ideal for a getaway at any time of the year.
