Little paradise in Serra da Estrela

In Manteigas, in the heart of Serra da Estrela, a small paradise with a garden, swimming pool and superb views of the mountain and the village of Manteigas. Comfortable and spacious villa in a quiet and isolated place, inserted in a protected area of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, but only a 20-minute walk from the center of the village. It should be noted that the access to the house is made by 1km of forest road on uneven ground, belonging to the Natural Park, being necessary to drive slowly and with caution.

As we have another contigua house (Casa do Tomás) we can connect both houses and so accommodate a larger family or group of friends. Isolated on the mountain, the village becomes a perfect place for those seeking tranquility and involvement with nature.

Pastor's House

This house is located in a very calm village, named Chiqueiro, which is in Serra da Lousã, Coimbra district. It's a recent construction built on the concept of open space. The surroundings are worth of a nature movie with several autochthonous species present, namely oaks and chestnut trees, agriculture activities and even a goat herd is still present. As points of interest, you may find: Castelo da Lousã, Ribeira das Quelhas Walkway, several river beaches and several museums.

Casa da Ribeirinha is located in the village of Sameiro, 5 km from Manteigas.
