Charming upstairs cottage, secluded from the main house, in a quiet and peaceful setting. You will enjoy the surrounding countryside, the river and its beaches in summer as well as the pool, garden and terrace. A perfect place to disconnect. Between the Garonne and the Canal, close to historical and tourist sites and a stone's throw from the Bordeaux vineyards, there are many choices for walks. It is important to know that we live with our 4 cats who occupy the premises!

Entre terre et mer, il convient aussi bien aux amateurs du terroir pour profiter des châteaux et vignobles , plages à 1h30 et départ du Canal à 500m.

The air-conditioned accommodation has an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests can enjoy the garden and barbecue shared with the hosts. The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away !
