We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

We (three people) felt very comfortable at the place. The location is great – very close to many nice restaurants and downtown Cagliari. Check-in went almost smoothly and the host always responded quickly. We would book again anytime! A little note: a few more hangers would have been handy.

A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

We loved staying at Emanuela’s place and she was an amazing host. Very responsive and helped give tips on where to go. The place felt like home away from home, and was comfortable and quiet haven after exploring Cagliari. It’s walking distance to some great bars and restaurants too.

Modern, bright and well appointed apartment. Location is perfect, bang opposite the Palazzo Regio and right next to the Cattedrale Di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecelia. Lucrezia very thoughtfully provided many local tips. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Villasimius! The apartment was located near a lot of wonderful beaches (5min by car), close to supermarkets and in walking distance to the center. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was very easy!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sardinia! The place was absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, which made exploring the area super easy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and even provided a detailed manual with fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sardinia!

Massimo and Marta were extremely kind and friendly. They answered any questions we had about the villa and gave us really great recommendations. The villa was so nice and well decorated with a view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. It also had a grill which we used to have a barbecue night after buying fresh seafood in Cagliari. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Definitely would stay again!

The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari within 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. I’ll try to keep this short. Sardinia felt a breeze, and was a relaxing trip greeted by local friendliness from start to finish, and Marco was a big part of that. This AirBnB was 100% the best decision. And in the most ideal location possible - the super market opposite is more essential than you think. We could grab some snacks and drinks whenever we wanted, or even buy some ingredients to cook something in the flat when wanting to relax in the flat with the cool A/C and smart TV setup. It was such a touch to have the bus stations to town, marina, and the beach right by the door…and all 5-10 mins journey max! Marco is proactive, friendly, and makes sure the flat delivers to expectations. Grazie mille for going above and beyond, to ensure we had a good experience with Sardinia. Ciao, Sam and Sophie

Great location and walkable from all restaurants/bars and some beaches. Very nice host and private apartment, would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, Erika was always available and asked if we were doing well and if anything was missing. There was beer and water and juices available as a welcome. There was also milk, yogurts, croissants, etc. for breakfast. You can reach Cagliari and its surroundings within 15 to 20 minutes by car. The morning and evening stay on the terrace was very pleasant. Everything was very cozy.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.
