Very nice apartment with a large balcony, which offers enough space with two children. That location by the sea is top. We had 10 super nice days.

The listing was meticulously renovated, very comfortable, and very clean. It's really nice to have parking inside. The pool is great, and the view from the terrace is very nice. We were very satisfied with everything, I recommend this place to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property set in the heart of an Italian vineyard. The location was peaceful and incredibly relaxing — perfect for unwinding. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hector, our host, was absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The entire site felt very safe and secure, with electric gates giving us extra peace of mind. The swimming pool was a real highlight: clean, well maintained, and surrounded by stunning views of the surrounding vines and hills. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Another bonus was how convenient the location was — just a short drive of 20mins to Empoli train station, making day trips to Florence quick and easy. We truly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to Tuscany’s top sights.

Great place very close to the sea. Parking is available 5min away by foot. Serena was very responsive and check in was easy. The only thing was, that we had to bring our own bed linen. But other than that everything was super!

Hector, the key-holder and worker of the winery, was very friendly and amazing to work with. Helped with anything we needed, offered us recommendations, and was just extremely friendly. You definitely have to drive to eat out, if you don’t bring food to cook, but the fact there was a pastry delivery guy every morning was something surprising and welcoming! The area is beautiful, the apartment was very clean and well kept. The pool was a decent size, but was never packed, even with seemingly all the apartments full.

Wonderful place in bucolic decor

Close to train station that takes you to Pisa and beyond. Walking distance to the beach and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Ideal for a quiet gateway away from the city.

Casa Alfredo is in a great position on the edge of the village. a lovely peaceful area. A shop, bar and a fabulous restaurant all within easy walking distance. we even walked to a local vineyard. We had a great stay here & loved the countryside & fabulous views.

We were 3 families staying at the villa , it was very spacious and gave us our own space , the garden was a great size for the children to run around in . Our host Mel was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with responding to queries and questions.

We enjoyed our stay here in July. The rustic apartment is good value for money, although amenities could be better (eg no bath mat, soap, toaster). But the peaceful location and well-maintained pool more than made up for this, and the hosts and on-site staff were always very helpful and friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which made for a truly relaxing time. Each room has its own private bathroom, and everything was fully equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - all our questions and needs were responded quickly and with care. Communication was excellent throughout. The house is located in a stunning area with beautiful views, and the directions were clear and easy to follow — we had no trouble getting there. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was in perfect order, and I would definitely recommend this place. I was very satisfied. Although the surroundings are calm and quiet, the nearest town isn’t far at all, with several great restaurants to choose from. Altogether, a lovely experience!

Access route is sometimes very difficult. Four-wheel drive is recommended. Unfortunately, the landlady only speaks Italian and so the check in was only with hands and feet to Händeln. It was very good that the pool was cleaned and checked daily. Super secluded with very good views. Great house, can only recommend.
