The accommodation was perfect, just as it appeared in the photos. A super cozy and spacious place for 5 people. The area in which it is located is beautiful and quiet. The esplanade is just a few steps away. Matteo's instructions and attention were perfect. Thank you for being attentive to us. We would definitely come back!

We spent three wonderful days at this beautiful house and truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts have created a lovely, well-kept garden and a thoughtfully designed interior with unique furniture. Although the house has three guest apartments, the layout is very well organized, so you barely notice other guests. Our apartment had a great terrace with a large table and a grill, perfect for relaxing meals. There is also a pool with a lounge area. The house is located just 10–15 minutes by car from the center of Brescia. We left with very warm memories — thank you!

A great accommodation, the center is about 200m away and yet very quiet. The house and apartment are completely new and very tastefully furnished. Everything you need to get by wonderfully for a few days is available (except a sharp bread knife;-)). A garage is also available, even with a roof box my car fit in, but it was a bit tight. Genny was extremely flexible. We arrived very late and yet he was on site as agreed and showed us everything. Flawless communication, with no questions left unanswered. Great! If I am back in the city, this apartment is my first choice.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Barcuzzi. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the photos – very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the fantastic view of Lake Garda - in the morning at breakfast and in the evening at sunset. The hosts were extremely warm, helpful and dog-friendly and provided all the important information before arrival. Check-in and communication went absolutely smoothly. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and the location is ideal for excursions around Lake Garda. We felt completely comfortable and welcome and would book again at any time. Absolute recommendation!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

The location is absolutely perfect: close to cafes, shops, the lakefront, and public transport. We had a very nice stay at this delightful property. It has good quality equipment and is very modern and clean. All the facilities worked as they should, no problems at all, dedicated covered parking space. Good selection of kitchen utensils, fast Wi-Fi, the apartment was as in the description and photographs. There is a nice covered area for dining in the garden. The property is located in a peaceful area but is not far from all you could need, a great base for exploring the Lake Garda area, and also close to the autostrada if you want to explore further afield. Both Alessandra and Pino were very friendly and attentive. They gave great advice on places to visit. Alessandra was especially helpful when we had a medical issue and helped direct us where to go to seek assistance. Thank you Alessandra and Pino for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will be back.

We had an amazing time in Dream Country. The location is so beautiful, much much better than photos. Apartment is very cozy, and has everything what you need. If you want to have a perfect relax, I recommend you to come to this place.

Giulia was a fantastic host: always quickly accessible, incredibly helpful and with great tips for restaurants, excursions and activities. We felt welcome from the first moment. Silvia was a wonderful host! Responded quickly and provided helpful information and suggestions. The apartment is perfectly furnished, including well stocked kitchen so you feel at home instantly. It’s very near the train station but a longer walk to/from town/the port but there’s a lovely view of the lake and a large veranda at the back for al fresco dining.

We had a great stay. The accommodation was super clean, you could feel right at home. From the terrace, you had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and villages. The garden is well maintained and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant in the village. Otherwise, you needed a car for everything. It was a pity that the strada della forra has been closed since 2023, and so excursions were sometimes a little more difficult. But everything also goes through detours. We would definitely book again and thank you for the nice stay.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s place. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The place was clean with great facilities, including two large balconies with comfortable sun loungers and hot tub. The place is modern and nicely decorated with good facilities. Antonio is a helpful and polite host; we would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Bardolino.

I had a wonderful time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as I wished. Especially the view of the lake was simply breathtaking and a real highlight. Also the hot tub was very nice with a view of the lake. You can tell that the host really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Villa Joy was a perfect spot to base ourselves for 5 nights. We taxied on arrival for 20€ but after that with great weather we walked everywhere. Day trips to Venice and Lake Garda were easy. Thanks 👍

We had a truly amazing stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, and even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were still able to check in without any problem. Marianna and her husband were already waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a warm and welcoming touch. Marianna took the time to show us everything in detail, including exactly where to park, which was incredibly helpful. She was extremely kind, super friendly, and always available if we had any questions. A big bonus was that we were allowed to use two bikes during our stay — such a great way to explore the area! Marianna also sent us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, the best beaches, supermarkets, and more — all conveniently sent via WhatsAp with direct links. We truly felt taken care of and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
