Nel giardino ha una piscina 12m x 6m profonda da 1,20m a 2,50m e una jacuzzi, riservate agli ospiti della villa. Con i suoi 10 posti letto è adatta a gruppi di amici, a famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie. La cucina è molto attrezzata, e nella veranda c'è un camino/barbecue ed un forno a legna. Dista 10 minuti dalle Grotte di Frasassi, 6km da Arcevia (An), 8km da Sassoferrato (An).

Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. There you will find a bakery, a cafe bar, two small supermarkets, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, a hairdresser, a gas station, a bus stop as well as other small shops. Due to the elevated location of Montecarotto, a pleasant fresh breeze is also to be expected here in summer.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
