Se trata de un piso grande muy bien decorado, ideal para grupos grandes o familias. Dispone de 4 habitaciones, cada una con su baño además de un baño extra completo. El salón es amplio y luminoso con dos balcones y un mirador. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El piso dispone de aire acondicionado (en toda la casa salvo los baños) y calefacción. Está situado en una primera planta sin ascensor. El piso se encuentra a menos de un minuto andando de la estación de metro Antón Martín. There are 3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed (for 2 people). It is located on the first floor of an old building. The building has no elevator. All rooms have AC except the bathrooms. Internet, heating, dishwasher, Washing machine dryer and house supplies. In the bathrooms you will find towels and small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for your first day. The house has recently been renovated, so you will find everything as good as new. Although the minimum stay is 4 nights, you can negotiate a shorter stay with other rates depending on the number of guests and the season. Ask us without any commitment. La hora del check-in es a partir de las 15h, aunque en algunos casos se podrá hacer antes, simplemente pregúntame. Si llegas después de las 9 de la noche habrá un cargo de check-in nocturno de 20€, a pagar en el momento de la llegada. If you arrive after 9:00 pm there will be a night check-in fee of 20€, to be paid at the time of arrival. Copies of guests' identity documents will be made upon arrival. Si el incumplimiento de estas normas persiste, podríais ser expulsados del apartamento sin derecho a ninguna devolución y la fianza tampoco será devuelta. - TABACO: Fumar en el interior del apartamento no está permitido, pero podéis hacerlo en los balcones del salón. - LLAVES: La pérdida de las llaves conllevará un coste de restitución de 30€. - DAÑO O PÉRDIDA DE ELEMENTOS DEL APARTAMENTO: Si ocurriera, por favor avisad para que podamos anticiparnos y reponerlos para la próxima estancia. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. Fianza: si se producen daños en el alojamiento, se te podría cobrar hasta un máximo de 600€ ¡Muchas gracias! +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ House rules: - No parties allowed - Pets are not allowed - Smoking is not allowed. - VOLUME AND NOISES: Please try to keep the noise at a normal level at all times but specially starting from 10pm and while moving in the common areas as the apartment is located in a community of neighbours. *** In case of non-compliance with these rules and /or if there are well-founded complaints from neighbours, we will deduct 50% of the deposit. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay. If you break some item of low value and within normal use, such as a glass, a plate, etc ... we will not deduct anything from the deposit, but please let us know so we can replace them. Any other type of loss or breakage will entail a deduction from the bond equivalent to its replacement value. Thank you very much!
