Apartment was very clean, The host was very friendly, she gave us tips on the best tourist hotspots, she was always available and after the first day asked us if we needed anything else...it was a great 5-day trip because we felt very comfortable from the first day to the last😃😃

Really great accommodation that offers everything you need. We were there with our 11-month-old daughter and were completely satisfied. Our highlights: peace, cleanliness, comfortable beds, accessibility of the hosts, equipment such as dishwasher, washing machine, blackout options, barrier-free access, pool and construction site opposite (which was of course a highlight for our daughter and never bothered us at any time). Gladly again!

Very nice place, well equipped and comfortable. Monica allowed us to arrive early, as our plane landed early in the morning, and welcomed us there. I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the island.

Very affordable, good location, clean accommodation, beautiful roof terrace, fast and good communication

quiet area, cozy house with terrace, the pool great. you can walk without problems to the beach, the only thing that the street was in works but is easily accessible, if you want to move to other areas you need a car or there is a bus stop that you can walk to, you have to keep in mind that the bus stop is further down, you would have to climb the slope walking or pay for a taxi

Everything was perfect. The apartment was just like in the photos, everything was taken care of in detail and impeccable. It was like being at home. The views from the terrace, spectacular. Great for relaxing listening to the waves of the sea from the tranquility of your home. The location is ideal, the area is very quiet. They are building several buildings in the area so there are works next door, but you don't hear much noise or bother. The apartment is very close to the beach and the village, you can walk everywhere. If you take a car, it's great to have parking with direct access. There is also plenty of parking space in the area. And Raquel, a sweetheart. The instructions and information you sent were very complete. She was always attentive and ready to answer any questions or queries, super friendly. A great experience, ideal for disconnecting. I'll repeat, no doubt.

We have been using Airbnb for many years around the world, and I must honestly say that we have rarely encountered a place as clean and peaceful as Carlos’s home. I highly recommend this place also for its location and safety. We will definitely return next year.

Great experience! We loved our stay at this apartment. Everything was impeccably clean, just as shown in the photos. The location is ideal, well connected to the airport by car and close to everything you need. The hosts were fantastic: very attentive, friendly and always available to help. Very good stay with Jessica. The apartment is very comfortable, with all the amenities you need in the cabinets (necessary for cooking, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent, pharmacy, bath and beach towels... ), and even games for the little ones. It takes the car for everything, but everything is very close, the beaches, the volcanoes, the supermarkets, the airport. In addition, Jessica is very accommodating on the arrival and departure time, and very good advice. I would highly recommend! Happy hosting!

Could not recommend Irina's airbnb more! We were met by Irina's husband at check in, they allowed us to check in an hour early which was so helpful. The apartment was spotless and smelt so fresh and clean, everything you would need is in there including beach towels and chairs. Location wise it is less than 10 minutes to the beach and great restaurants making our stay so relaxed and laid back, and for the price compared to hotels in the area this was a steal. My only comment is there is no built in AC, there are some fans in the apartment. For us visiting in the end of May this was fine as the apartment keeps cool, but I don't know how it would be in the middle of summer. Wonderful stay regardless!

Beautiful stay! The view is wonderful, the house is really nice and with all the comforts. Daniela was very kind and welcoming (much appreciated the welcome beers in the fridge - and the fridge bag for the beach!). El Cotillo is a special place and the house's location is perfect. Hope we can come back soon!

Laura's apartment is a true gem! Lovingly furnished, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean, it offers everything for short or long stays: spacious rooms, coziness, peace, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, hi-speed WiFi, smart TV, super comfy beds, sofas, lounge furniture, and plenty of storage space. I felt instantly welcome and at home! The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly too. The huge roof terrace is an absolute dream! Perfect for working, eating, relaxing, or hanging out with priceless panoramic views of Lanzarote, Lobos Island, the harbor, and even the dunes! Wonderful peaceful location, yet just 3 min. walk to restaurants & cafés at the picturesque harbor or to the HyperDino, and 5 minutes to the first beach. Laura is such a sweetheart! Always available and helpful: the perfect host! Valerio on-site is fantastic too: reliable, responsive, friendly, and highly professional. Absolutely TOP recommendation! 💜 I love it & I'll be back ASAP!

Amazing stay for one night close to the airport! Super cozy, clean and comfortable stay for 4 people! If you do jogging, super nice walking / jogging path right along the sea. Easy accessible by car, lots of parking slots! Thank you💕

We had a great time at Sara’s accommodation. The kitchen, the rooms everything is clean! Parking is free behind the house. We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

Enricos place is a marvellous place to stay. He was extremely helpful with any minor issues we had. The accommodation itself has a beautiful kitchen area with every possible utility imaginable including a dishwasher, fridge,microwave and oven. The bathroom has modern shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice temperature for sleeping. It has a beautiful balcony with seats and a table for alfresco dining. The view from the balcony is very nice with a sea view. Thank you Enrico for your hospitality and help. We will certainly be back. X

We have stayed in this apartment previously and loved it. It’s probably a little tired looking however absolutely clean and just as we remember it. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely host and lovely apartment. The apartment is in a very well-maintained private complex complete with pool! 10 min drive to airport or nearby town (also lovely walk along the coast). Also, approx 20 mins walk to nearby supermarkets etc (few mins walk to local mini market). Had everything we needed and Christine was so lovely, even allowing us to stay extra few hours on the last day as our wasn't until evening time. Highly recommended! 😊❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
