Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected garden seating area and garden. A sunny, quiet location. Private entrance to the house, sauna in the annex. The ski bus is three minutes away.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

A cozy apartment in the middle of the magnificent Surselva. In winter, you can reach the slopes of the Weissen Arena Flims-Laax in a few minutes and enjoy the sun. In summer, the nearby golf course or the countless hiking and biking routes invite you to be explored. Apartment was newly renovated in 2023 to the most modern standard and is now available for the first time holiday guests. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a small family!
