Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Erlebe die Ursprünglichkeit der Bündner Berge auf 1'500 m ü. M. und geniesse die perfekte Kombination aus unberührter Natur, wandern und der weltberühmten Therme Vals. Das Bauernhaus liegt im sonnigen Weiler Mont, einem Teil der Gemeinde Vals. Die Anreise erfolgt über ein 3 km langes Natursträsschen ab Lunschania, rund 5 km vor Vals.

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
