The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!

We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

The Train Depot was so much fun! We stayed in the unique Blue Car, and we were thrilled with the many train artifacts scattered around the car. The lodging was clean, well kept, with lovely landscape and a patio area to sit or visit with others. The town of Grand Coteau has many excellent eateries and shops. We traveled 15-30 minutes away to visit neighboring towns as well. Our experience is one we definitely would suggest to others.

Great place. We were looking forward to a great get-a-way (with neighbors we knew) and it was GREAT!!!! The men had a boat, went to the Lake, fished, crabbed and enjoyed the area. The house was comfortable and well done. We had the neighbors over for lunch on Monday and he supplied us with additional crabs Monday night. Would not hesitate to go back next year, God willing. I'm extremely grateful for people like Jeremy and Stephanie for allowing others to share their beautiful homes.

Tomi è stato gentilissimo! Lo chalet è molto bello, confortevole e accogliente. Tutte le stanze erano ben pulite e il letto era molto comodo. La casa è silenziosa e l’area molto tranquilla, in mezzo alla natura. Comodo parcheggio e check in veloce. Tomi ci ha dato anche ottimi consigli su dove mangiare sia in zona sia a Lafayette (che dista 30 minuti di auto). Consigliassimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Great great great place in Cajun country! It's far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of city life, yet close enough to get there for something to eat. Far away enough from the highway and train tracks too. Very cozy and perfectly decorated tiny house. Very modern and recent! Could have stayed a week long. Let's not forget about the beautiful yard, with a beautiful live oak. Saw a skunk and foxes right from the patio. Tessie was easy to reach for any questions and she was quick to resolve any issues we had. Definitely one of the better Airbnb experiences I've ever had.
