This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. The living room has sound equipment and television.
