Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also coincide, always respecting the privacy of guests.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

It is located in a very quiet area, overlooking "Les Gavarres", where you can spend a few days relaxing on the Costa Brava, where you will feel right at home, as one of our priorities is to respect your privacy. Its location allows you to visit wonderful beaches and tourist towns such as Palamós and Platja d'Aro in a few minutes by car.
