The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had cold days and the radiant earthenware kept us warm. Very nice view.

It is a comfortable place, clean, comfortable, safe, we would come back many more times. The owner accommodated each of our requirements with kindness and promptness. We had a particular inconvenience and Giuliano resolved it quickly. More than recommended!!!!!!!

We had an excellent stay at Katia's house, which is very well equipped. We were surprised that the home, which appears in the photos, could not be used, and it was a big reason why we chose the house. The location is somewhat far from the center and most of the shops, but since we rented a car, we had no problem. The area is quiet and there is a lot of privacy. The house had many extra details, such as board games, various games to use in the yard, many blankets, etc. One detail: we were quite cold at night; we felt that the air conditioners were not enough to heat the rooms. In any case, the stay was good and we would definitely return.

Beautiful house, large and functional, ideal for two families. The environment is beautiful as well as the views from the house. Everything worked out perfectly. I definitely recommend it.

The place was wonderful! The pool was pristine and perfect for the hot weather. the galleria / outdoor BBQ area was amazing to chill. although the property is in the midst of a small neighborhood it is very private with vegetation all around the backyard. the casita is small and cozy (as shown in photos) but the ample outdoor space makes up for it. very nice hospitality touches and great host communication.

A very nice experience in an incredible place. The only thing to improve is the pool table, it has quite a few defects and wear and tear from use, but it has to be in good condition. The rest is all recommended, nothing to say. Thank you Sylvana for your professionalism. We'll be back!

Excellent place. Central, safe and very strategic. Close to everything. Laura, the host, left us a warm, fully furnished and ready-to-live space. Their communication is 10 out of 10. We loved the experience.

The apartment is nicer than in the photos, spacious and comfortable, in a modern building. Spacious and comfortable kitchen for cooking everything. Air conditioning. Very hot water and a very reasonable mattress. It has a TV in the room with access to several platforms. 2 bathrooms, excellent for 2 people. It only needs better sheets, which will surely improve it. Being a street-facing apartment, it is somewhat noisy, although the enclosures are very good.
