The space occupies the first floor of a single-family home, and we live on the lower floor. Access is via a staircase on the side of the house, passing through our garden. The space is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance, it’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with living area and kitchen. (Pool open from June)
