I always try to come when I come to Midding side of Hanoi. I think this is the best value for money at this price range. The accuracy is high. It is convenient because there is a shopping mall in the same building, and there is also Starbucks and Vietnam's representative franchise coffee shop Highland. It's enough to come as a family. There are 3 rooms, 3 beds, a generous living room, and a kitchen. By the way, there are a lot of Koreans here, it's such a good neighborhood and a place with high stability. Also, if you go over the overpass in front, there are counterfeit shopping and Korean restaurants, pho thin, a rice noodle restaurant, and a well-touch massage shop, and there are many local restaurants nearby, and it took about 45-50 minutes by taxi from the airport. This is an accommodation that I admit.

Hang's place was a dream. The apartment was in a quiet location in Hanoi but you could easily go to the Old Quarter in a few minutes via Grab. A couple of nice restaurants downstairs, there's a supermarket and a convenience store, so you really don't have to worry about getting hungry or getting quick stuff for your needs. There's an outdoor and indoor pool, a gym and a nice park. More importantly, Hang is a joy of a host. She responds fast, makes great recommendations. She even assisted me in booking for a dinner place for Christmas Eve and in getting a van to go to the airport. Her place is beautiful. And my kids and I would love to return to this place once we're back in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful and unplanned 3 month stay at Hao's place after initially only booking 1 month to explore the north of Vietnam. After my 1st week in the house, I felt right at home and quickly made new friends with all of the housemates, who were very helpful upon my arrival and throughout my stay. This felt like a proper AirBnB experience if you're looking to get a genuine taste of what it's like to live in Hanoi, with the neighborhood being extremely local and surprisingly quiet compared to the busier parts of the city––and even the nearby main roads. Hao was a fantastic host as well, even taking me on a Vietnamese hiking group adventure during one of my first weeks at the house, getting to experience the outdoors and sleep on the mountain like the locals do it. She was always giving me helpful recommendations for where to work, eat and go out, and showed me around the city to both some of the more popular spots as well as the lesser known. It was a truly unique experience.

Thanks Kim for everything. See you again on the next opportunity. This is a spacious room at the top of a big luxury house. Private balcony for at least get a fresh air. It has a bathroom immediately outside the room but nobody use it so it’s almost “private”. You can use the full equipment kitchen at the first floor and the spacious living room if you need to receive someone. There are many local places around to eat, if you are well familiar with culture & Vietnamese food. I found Phở in a near alley crossing the street. Getting thru different alleys you can get to a local market or find other streets with plainly places to eat local. There are severals nearby bus stops to/from the center or to/from the airport. Bus transportation system in Hanoi is very effective and I frequently use it. Use goxglemap routing function to find out. It’s a great choice if you want to be outside the center but near enough. I used the washing machine another convenient thing.

I really liked the location and Bich Hanh was communicative and all the family was friendly. The room was a bit bigger than I expected based on the photos, which was a nice bonus!

To be honest, it was my first time staying at a both affordable & luxurious apartment and I'm totally happy about it. All I could say is it was amazing! The house looks just like the photos on Airbnb, and the feelings were absolutely great when everything was so clean and beautiful. I'm pretty sure that the host spent a lot of time on designing and decorating this house. We took a work trip to Hanoi, had a stay of 4 people at Long's house and had a really good time cooking, talking and enjoying this cozy home.

Just across the street is Miding, so the location is really good. First of all, the host is friendly and very responsive and accurate. The elevator is super fast. Very satisfied

Good location, quite and roomy place.

Very happy with one stay, I stayed for 14 days.There will be someone coming every 3 days to clean the room, and their balcony here can dry and wash clothes.Elevators are all requiring an access card so it is safe.There are a few korean mart and win market nearby.There is a Starbucks in the mall, and there is a slightly bigger supermarket on the second floor of the mall. Short walk to big C because it was too lazy to go. It is not too far to walk to Hanoi University, and there is also a restaurant to buy food around it is probably on this road posted behind, Đ. Hoàng Minh Giám. I hope it will be helpful to my friends who come to travel in the back.
