It’s a pretty good place to stay and it’s near the Airport, i highly recommend this place if you want to live near the Airport

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Good Place to stay and walkable to the airport. I will definitely come back here again. Its my 4th times on this home.

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

Of all places in Saigon, this one is a must. Located on a quiet street but walking distance from the action, this house was what we needed. This unit is located on the Ground Floor of the house, past the piano and behind a curtain. We didn't know that 1st floor in Vietnam meant Ground Floor so that led to confusion trying to find the unit and we ended up in another room at first. The family lives upstairs and gave us privacy. Of course when sharing the house with a family with kids some noise occur - but nothing out of the ordinary and we would happily stay there again. Thank you!

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

Great value at a great location, perfect for food lovers. There is a lady that selling fruits near by in the early morning hours, great fruits great deals. BichNgoc is very quick in response to my requests.

Simmi apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the photos on their listing. Services like house keeping and laundry were provided by an exceptional lady. The area is located in D7 of HCM city so it’s a pretty safe place and was walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. You won’t get as much local street food here, but there are vendors on the road where you can find cheaper food. The prices are high for the area, but if you know where to look, you can also find cheap local cuisine. We also rented a motorbike from a place nearby. Check in and out was an easy process. I would say the only thing is that sometimes you can hear the people upstairs or people walking up, but other than that it’s pretty quiet and everyone is considerate of others. The place we rented was located inside a hair salon, so it took some time to find at first. We stayed for a whole month and we highly recommend this place.

Nice team, they helped me everything even doing the laundry. Fast and flexible check in, nice neighborhood, a lot of good food, easy to walk around, convenient store downstairs, the room was clean everyday. 5/5 rating!

Thật may là có Golden Tree hỗ trợ nhận đồ và cho tôi cất nhờ đồ nên công việc của chúng tôi được thuận lợi và tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian. Golden Tree có lễ tân trực sáng & tối rất thuận tiện hỗ trợ khách mọi lúc. Nhân viên dọn dẹp vệ sinh cũng rất chu đáo nhiệt tình. Tôi rất hài lòng và lần sau được vào công tác khu quận 7, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở tiếp nơi này. Đồi diện Golden Tree cũng có 1 quán hủ tíu siêu siêu ngon, trong 8 ngày ở đây tôi đã ăn sáng ở quán này đến 4-5 lần 🤤 Ngon hơn cả những quán nổi tiếng ở quận 1. Khu vực xung quanh Golden Tree vừa yên tĩnh, vừa an toàn lại rất nhiều nhà hàng tiện lợi.

It was a delightful experience. The attic was cozy, with beautiful decor that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, which provided a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in District 7.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! Ho Chi Minh is a lively city, and we were able to explore a lot just by walking around the neighbourhood. We visited different street markets and also went to the supermarket a few times to grab some supplies. One of the highlights of the area was the variety of local restaurants nearby – delicious food at very affordable prices! We recommend downloading the Grab app to get from the airport, as regular taxis tend to overcharge tourists. The ride isn’t long, and with Grab, the price is fair and reasonable. Leslie was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in, and everyone we met was super friendly. We ended up shortening our stay to visit other cities in Vietnam, but when we’re back in Ho Chi Minh, we’d definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

I really enjoyed the location, practically in the heart of Ho Chi Minh while also quiet (for a big city) and felt safe. The side-street location is charming and I liked being able to look down from the balcony to watch the shops and people outside at the start of their day. The roof-top, accessible to guests, offers a scenic view not to be missed. I also enjoyed the 125,000 vnd rooftop breakfast offered by the establishment right next door. My husband and I had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

Es war wirklich schön. Die Wohnung war super und die Vermieter waren immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, genauso wie der check-in. Großartige Lage. Das Nächte mal wenn ich in ho-chi-mingh bin werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was close enough to the main attractions in the city but in a peaceful area. There was lots of space and everything was clean.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

I would highly recommend this rental. Description and photos are exactly as advertised. It's practically in the city center distruct 1 slash 4. It's located near the bridge where you can walk to the city center. I would remind the host to always have two sets of bedsheets, pillow cases, and bed covers.
