House holiday rentals in Caucasus Mountains

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

A great place for those who love a quiet vacation, and not a fight for a sun lounger and advertising of chuchkela and beer. The shore is convenient, even for children. The owner told me everything and explained. Pleasant communication and help in resolving issues.

I stayed in this house with a large group for the weekend. The house is spacious, the bedrooms have air conditioning, the kitchen is also well equipped (there is a dishwasher), the living room has a fireplace and access to the terrace. The view from the terrace of the house is simply amazing, the place is quiet, staying in this house left only pleasant impressions.

We have spent an amazing time at this place. Everything was as described, and the host is super responsive and considerate. No complaints at all. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A wonderful cozy house, which is very conveniently located and which is easy to find, felt like home all days of the stay. The hosts Tatev and Gevorg were responsive and did not leave a single request unattended, and also recommended places to visit in the city. And another pleasant surprise - Gosha the turtle in the yard :)

One of the best houses we've ever stayed in! 👍 There is everything you need for a long stay, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful village, 5 minutes from the sandy beach - the perfect place to relax from the city bustle. There are several grocery stores nearby, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. We were just delighted, we will definitely come again 🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantin's accommodation! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, especially the small garden pond with the fish was a real highlight and created a really relaxed atmosphere. There were four of us there and we were able to barbecue wonderfully and simply switch off. Konstantin is an incredibly nice and helpful host. When we accidentally locked the car key in the car at checkout, he was immediately on the spot and helped us to open the car again. Without him, we would probably have missed our flight and had to pay a lot of money for a locksmith. We are very, very grateful to him and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation! 🙏✨

Spacious, beautiful home, decorated with taste and love. Available appliances: dishwasher and washing machine, internet. Chic view and grounds. The house was warm in the fall. I recommend exclusively if you have a car (parking inside, outside the gate).

By far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. They welcomed us so wholeheartedly and we felt at home right away. It was super clean and spacious and just a wonderful stay that I will remember forever. The hosts really made our trip special and heartfelt.
